New project integrity assurance

Challenge: A new offshore platform was fabricated in Asia and the operator was concerned with the workforce competence in the installation of SBT assemblies

Approach: AFS mobilised a team prior to and before the project was commissioned. The team worked alongside the construction contractor to record inspections and verify the remedial work scopes using our handheld android app and reporting web portal. The portal also generated the SBT register for the asset

Result: Our team found and managed the repair of over 1300 components on Hydrocarbon lines prior to first gas production.
