Our History
Having operated from Aberdeen for over 30 years, AFST are the most experienced team of specialists in Small Bore Tubing Assembly and Flexible Hose Training, Inspection, Remedial Works, Installation, Product Solutions and Assemblies working in the Energy Industry. AFST are independent of any suppliers and can provide a full inspection, repair and supply service.

Managing Director
Alasdair MacNeil
Alasdair specialised in the area of Small Bore Tubing and Instrumentation & Control over 30 years ago and has taken AFS Technologies to be recognised as the leading independent experts in such.
As a Subject Matter Expert, he has contributed to the industry by working with such entities as the Energy Institute, ECITB and many others to set standards and policies for operators and contractors to work to.
Offering a portfolio of services covering inspection, construction & installation, ECITB approved knowledge and assessment training as well as being distributors for multiple major manufacturers he has positioned the company for major growth; integrating integrity solutions.
Operations Manager
Janice Drummond
Janice started working with AFS in 1996 and has held various management positions, now as Operations Manager.
Managing focal points for a number of key global customers Janice is responsible for the planning, mobilisation and operations of all onshore & offshore inspections and remedial work campaigns, as well as staff competence.
